Jacqueline Kasemsri

Jacqueline Kasemsri is a Deputy Public Defender at the Colorado State Public Defender since May 2025, with prior experience as a Criminal Defense Attorney at Dunham & Jones Law Firm, P.C. from May 2023 to March 2025. Earlier roles include serving as a Legal Extern at Forsyth County Public Defender's Office and as a summer legal intern with the Federal Public Defender Western District of Texas's Capital Habeas Unit and Dallas County Public Defenders. Jacqueline's legal background began with internships in various capacities, including appellate and criminal divisions, and precedes extensive educational credentials, having earned a Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts from Baylor University. Jacqueline also possesses experience in education as an English Language Assistant with the Spanish Ministry of Education and in media as a Media and Styling Intern at Vogue Thailand.
