Caroline Russell is a communications professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Communications Lead at the Office of the Comptroller of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts since July 2021, Caroline has previously held positions such as Color Consultant & Beauty Advisor at SEPHORA and Report Analyst II for Unclaimed Property at the Office of the Massachusetts State Treasurer and Receiver General. Earlier experiences include serving as Community Relationship Manager at United Way of Central Massachusetts and interning as a Press Intern for Senator Elizabeth Warren in the United States Senate. Caroline holds a Master’s Degree in Public Relations and Advertising and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Journalism, both from Suffolk University.
