Darian Roberts is currently serving as Assistant General Counsel and Records Access Officer at the Office of the Comptroller of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts since August 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Judicial Law Clerk for Utah State Courts and various positions at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, where responsibilities included legal research and assisting a professor. Prior legal experience also encompasses work as a Legal Intern at the Rocky Mountain Innocence Center and a Judicial Intern for Judge James Blanch at the Utah Third District Court. Additional experience includes roles as a Funding Specialist at Prestige Financial Services and Senior Manager at Target. Darian Roberts holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from the University of Utah.
