Jenny Hedderman, Esq. serves as Risk Counsel for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts since May 1990, focusing on advising state government on cybersecurity and operational risk management. Their extensive experience includes roles as Deputy Comptroller and General Counsel, providing legal and policy guidance on various finance-related matters for over 151 state agencies, as well as previous positions within the Executive Office of Economic Affairs. In addition to their government roles, Jenny Hedderman has held adjunct professorships at Boston University School of Law and Endicott College since 2022, teaching courses on cybersecurity, privacy, and the legal environment for business managers. Jenny Hedderman also contributes as Secretary to the Board of Directors for the Essex County Cooperative Farming Association, recognized as the Retailer of the Year in 2023. Jenny Hedderman earned a Juris Doctor from Albany Law School and a Bachelor of Arts with honors from Connecticut College.
