Maina Kimaru

Maina Kimaru is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in prosecution and advocacy. Currently serving as Prosecution Counsel at the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions since April 2022, Maina has previously held the position of Associate Advocate at Kiptinness and Odhiambo Associates from January 2019 to April 2022. Maina began the legal career as a Trainee Lawyer at Lesinko Njoroge & Gathogo Advocates between May 2017 and December 2018. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law, obtained in 2018, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Kenyatta University, completed in 2017.
