Margaret Waithera is a legal professional with extensive experience in prosecution and advocacy. Currently serving as Prosecution Counsel at the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions since February 2022, Margaret has previously held positions as a Lawyer at Waweru Gatonye & Co. Advocates from January 2019 to September 2020, and as a Legal Assistant at New Kenya Planters Cooperative Union from January 2017 to 2018. Prior legal experience includes an internship at D.W Mbugua Advocates from May 2016 to August 2017. Margaret holds a Post Graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology.
