JJ Hanley currently serves as the Deputy Chief Officer for Financial Products at the Office of the Illinois State Treasurer, focusing on the development and execution of strategies for the ABLE Savings and Investment Programs. In this role, JJ advocates for policies that promote financial independence for individuals with disabilities. Previously, JJ directed the Illinois ABLE program, established a training initiative for disability inclusion at Search, Inc., and founded JJsList.com, a social impact venture aimed at enhancing disability representation in business. JJ's earlier experience includes producing media projects for notable clients and managing a national business series at WTTW Communications. JJ holds a B.A. in English and Spanish from Dartmouth College and a certification in Product Management from General Assembly.
