Joe Weiner

Joe Weiner is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as the Manager of the Tax and Education Divisions at the Office of the Minnesota Attorney General since November 2019. In this role, Joe oversees these divisions and previously acted as Chief Employment Counsel, advising the Attorney General on labor and employment issues while continuing duties as an Assistant Attorney General in various legal areas. Joe's prior experience includes a position as an Attorney at Littler Mendelson from September 2009 to November 2019 and a Judicial Clerk role at the U.S. District Court from August 2008 to September 2009. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Law (JD) from Northeastern University, an Ed. M. in Education Policy and Management from Harvard Graduate School of Education, and a B.A. in English from The University of Georgia.
