Connor Poirier

Connor Poirier is a professional with extensive experience in governmental and military roles, currently serving as a member of the Executive Office of The Right Honourable Mark Carney, the 24th Prime Minister of Canada, since March 2025. Prior to this, Connor contributed to the Privy Council Office as a member of the transition team for the Prime Minister-Designate and participated in the Liberal Party of Canada's leadership campaign for Mark Carney. Experience in the House of Commons of Canada included serving as Director of Parliamentary Affairs and as a Parliamentary Assistant. Connor's military experience spans positions with the Canadian Armed Forces, including Cadet Instructor Cadre (CIC) officer roles and interim Assistant Operations Officer. Academically, Connor holds a Bachelor of Science in Aviation and Mathematics from Mount Allison University and an Integrated Airline Transport ATP(A) Diploma from Moncton Flight College.
