Vandana Fatima Kattar

Vandana Fatima Kattar has a diverse work experience that spans various sectors. Vandana Fatima started their career as an Investment Consultant and later became a Manager of Customer Service at TD Canada Trust from 2007 to 2010. Vandana Fatima then worked in various roles within the Canadian government, including as a Constituency Assistant, Community Outreach and Stakeholder Relations at the Parliament of Canada from 2010 to 2011. Vandana Fatima also served as an MPP Liaison and Communications Assistant at the Ministry of Government Services from 2011 to 2012.

In 2012, Vandana joined the Justin Trudeau Leadership Campaign as an Executive Assistant for the National Organization. Vandana Fatima then worked at the Office of the Leader of the Liberal Party of Canada, Parliament of Canada as a Special Assistant in Operations and Outreach from 2013 to 2015.

From 2015 to 2018, Vandana held the position of Director of Operations for the Minister of Innovation, Science and Economic Development within the Government of Canada. Vandana Fatima subsequently worked at the Office of the Prime Minister as Deputy Director of Outreach from 2018 to 2020.

Vandana's most recent roles include Director of Outreach at the Office of the Prime Minister of Canada | Cabinet du premier ministre du Canada from 2020 to 2021, and Head of Communications, Global Diversity and Inclusion, and Environment, Social and Governance at TD from 2022 until the present. Vandana Fatima is currently a Political Commentator at CBC.

Vandana Fatima Kattar completed their Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, History, and French at the University of Toronto - University of St. Michael's College from 2004 to 2008.
