Thibault Lacroix, FIP, CIPP/C, CIPM, has extensive experience in privacy and information management, currently serving as Manager in the Compliance Sector at the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada since March 2012. Previous roles include Manager of Information Management Programs and Services and Manager of the Information Centre within the same organization. Prior to this, Thibault worked at D+H from December 2005 to March 2012 in positions such as Recovery Manager and Bilingual Account Manager. Thibault holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from Ecole de Commerce Européenne, completed between 1998 and 2001, and attended Ozanam from 1996 to 1998.
