Andrew Sterrer

Andrew Sterrer is an experienced legal professional currently serving as an Assistant District Attorney at the Office of the Richmond County District Attorney since June 2016. Andrew has a diverse background in civil and personal injury law, having worked as a Volunteer Arbitrator at NYC Civil Court since May 2005 and previously in various attorney roles, including as an Attorney at the Law Offices of Arnold N. Kriss and as an Associate Attorney at Krez & Flores, LLP and Melli, Guerin & Wall, PC. Andrew's expertise includes managing complex legal cases, conducting trials and arbitrations, and drafting legislation and legal briefs during tenure as Legislative Counsel with the New York City Council. Andrew holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from New York Law School and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government Affairs from Hunter College.
