Matthew D. Stupp currently serves as an Assistant District Attorney at the Office of The Richmond County District Attorney, a role held since November 2020. Previously, Stupp has gained extensive legal experience through positions such as Law Clerk at Pardalis & Nohavicka, LLP, where research and drafting for various motions and pleadings were conducted, and as an Intern in the Appeals Division of the New York City Law Department, where appellate briefs were written and oral arguments attended. Additional experience includes internships at the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Supreme Court of the State of New York, as well as prior roles in publishing and marketing. Stupp obtained a Juris Doctorate from Cardozo School of Law and a Bachelor's Degree from New York University.
