Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at the Office of The Richmond County District Attorney oversees the strategic direction and operational efficiency of the office. This team, which includes the Chief of the Alternatives To Incarceration Unit, the Grants Coordinator & Agency Chief Contracting Officer, and the Chief Fiscal Officer, ensures the effective management of resources, the development and implementation of alternative programs to reduce incarceration, and the securing and administration of grants to support the office’s initiatives.
