Amanda Newkirk Esq.

Amanda Newkirk, Esq. currently serves as an Assistant State Attorney at the Office of the State Attorney, 20th Judicial Circuit Florida, since June 2022. Amanda has extensive experience in the legal field, having previously worked as a Certified Legal Intern at the same office and as a Legal Assistant at Legacy Law Firm Naples, P.A. Amanda's academic background includes a Doctor of Law (JD) from Ave Maria School of Law and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Criminal Justice and Sociology from the University of North Florida. Prior to entering the legal profession, Amanda gained experience as a Group Fitness Instructor and a Server.
