Gina Gharbawi, J.D. is currently working as a Law Clerk in the Major Investigations Unit at the Office of the State's Attorney for Baltimore City. Previously, Gina served as a Law Clerk in the Organized Crime Unit at the Maryland Office of the Attorney General. With a background in Psychology, Gina has also gained experience as a Judicial Extern and Legal Intern in various legal settings, including the Howard County State's Attorney's Office and the Maryland State Ethics Commission. Gina holds a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law.

The mission of the Office of the State’s Attorney for Baltimore City is to create true public safety through partnerships with elected officials, law enforcement, and our residents. The Office fulfills this goal through the successful prosecution of all crimes in Baltimore City.
