Charlotte Gaines

Charlotte Gaines, CSM, is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in software development and team management. Currently serving as a Sr. Interface Analyst at Office Practicum since May 2022, Charlotte previously held various positions at Hanger, Inc., including Sr. Supervisor for the Clinical Applications Development Team, where management of a team including software engineers and a Release Coordinator was a key responsibility. Prior to this role, Charlotte worked as a Release Coordinator and a Business Systems Analyst III, achieving certification as a Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance and demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Team Foundation Server. Earlier experiences include roles as a Product Manager and Software Support Manager at e-MDs, where Charlotte managed significant teams and project deliverables, as well as working as a Medical Biller at Riverside HealthCare from 2004 to 2007.
