Cory Burns

Cory Burns has extensive experience in customer operations and support roles. They started their career as a Technical Account Manager at OneView, providing technical support and account management for auto dealerships. They then moved on to Aptean, where they held various roles including Director of Global Support Operations and Director of Strategic Initiatives. At Kronos Incorporated, Cory served as the Director of Product Support, overseeing support delivery for global B2B customers. Most recently, they worked at Cloud 9 Software as the Vice President of Customer Operations and are currently employed as the Vice President of Customer Retention at Office Practicum.

Cory Burns attended Morehead State University from 2001 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Computer Information Systems.
