Paula Smith

Paula Smith has a diverse work experience in the field of interior design. Paula currently serves as the Director of Design at Office Resources, Inc. (ORI) since June 2021, where they previously held the role of Design Manager - Nashville from July 2018 to June 2021. Before joining ORI, Paula worked as a Design Manager at Dekalb Office Nashville from January 2018 to July 2018 and as a Design Team Lead from June 2015 to July 2018. Paula also worked as a Contract Interior Designer at HST Interior Elements Office Furniture from January 2015 to June 2015. Paula's early career includes a significant tenure at Interphase Interiors, where they held various roles such as Contract Interior Designer, Director of Design, and Sales/Design between 1995 and 2002. In 2005, they joined the International Academy of Design and Technology as an Instructor, where they played a crucial role in developing the interior design curriculum and achieving Council for Interior Design Accreditation (CIDA) in 2013.
