Rebecca Berneck

Rebecca Berneck is the CEO and founder of Officeheads, a Chicago-based IT firm. Rebecca has over 10 years of experience in the IT industry and has been with Officeheads for over six years.

Prior to their current role, Rebecca served as the past president of the board of directors for the Evanston Chamber of Commerce from 2014 to 2016. In this role, they were responsible for implementing the chamber's strategy to promote and grow business in the community. Rebecca was also a director on the search committee for a new executive director in 2013 and acted as the marketing and media lead for the MashUp in 2012.

Before their time at the Evanston Chamber of Commerce, Rebecca was a principal at Apogee Strategies LLC from 2011 to 2012. During their time at Apogee, they helped merge the company with another IT firm and was responsible for documenting all of the financial management processes. Rebecca also hired a bookkeeper to follow these processes and provide services.

In 2013, Rebecca rejoined Officeheads as CEO and has since tripled the client base and doubled revenue for three years running. Under their leadership, Officeheads has become one of the leading IT firms in Chicago.

Rebecca Berneck has a degree in business strategy from Goldman Sach's 10,000 Small Businesses Program. Rebecca also has degrees from Minnesota State University, Mankato and the University of Minnesota.
