Inez Alexandra Alvarez has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and human resources. Inez Alexandra began their career at SM Retail as a Human Resources Assistant, where they handled administrative and HR duties such as recruitment, employee discipline, and payroll processing. In 2018, they joined Concentrix as a Talent Acquisition Recruitment Sourcing Specialist, responsible for managing sourcing leads and monitoring successful hires. Inez Alexandra then progressed to become a Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist, where they worked with various clients to assess hiring needs and interview candidates for corporate positions. In 2022, they became a Talent Acquisition Supervisor at Concentrix, where they developed and implemented recruitment programs and managed a team responsible for assessing hiring needs and interviewing candidates. Finally, in 2023, they joined OP360 (OfficePartners360) as a Talent Acquisition Senior Team Lead - Executive Hiring, collaborating with senior leadership to understand executive staffing needs.
