Tejus T. has had a diverse range of work experience, spanning various industries and roles.

Starting in 1995, Tejus worked as an Audit Senior at Deloitte Touche, gaining valuable experience in auditing. From there, they moved on to Hoechst Roussel Vet India, where they served as the MIS & Systems Manager from 1998 to 2000.

In 2003, Tejus shifted their focus to technology and finance, working as a Financial Analyst at Creative Information Technology Inc and then as a Technology Auditor at Sprint-Nextel. Tejus then transitioned to Dow Jones & Co, where they served as the SOX Compliance Manager in 2006.

Tejus continued to broaden their skillset and expertise by becoming an Entrepreneur at Invesguard LLC from 2007 to 2010. Tejus then worked as the Director of Internal Audit at Cricket Communications from 2010 to 2012.

In 2013, Tejus founded Tejus Trivedi Consulting, where they served as the Principal. In this role, they advised senior-level management during new system or line of business launches, implemented business processes and controls across various industries internationally, and reported on key risks and mitigation strategies.

Tejus then founded OfficeTroops in 2017 and Hired Acumen in 2019, assuming the roles of Founder and CEO in both companies.

Overall, Tejus has a wealth of experience in auditing, technology, finance, and consulting, with a focus on advising management, implementing controls, and mitigating risks.

Tejus T. completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from the University of Mumbai from 1989 to 1994. Following that, they pursued their Chartered Accountancy qualification from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, which they obtained from 1994 to 1997. Tejus T. also holds additional certifications in Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Chartered Accountant (CA), and Project Management Professional (PMP).
