Kristy Elliott brings extensive experience in human resources and people capability, currently serving as the Head of People Capability and Experience at Officeworks, following roles that include Head of People Partnering & Experience and Head of Business Partnering for various functions such as Merchandise, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Customer Experience. Prior to Officeworks, Kristy took a career break for full-time parenting and held key positions at Coles, including People & Culture Strategy Manager for Supermarket Operations and State HR Manager for Victoria. Kristy's early career included significant roles at Randstad as a Senior Consultant and CK Recruits as a Senior Recruitment Consultant.
