Giuliano Salato has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Starting in 1986, they began their career at Olivetti, where they held various roles, including Monitoring & Project Coordination Director and Business Development Manager. Following their time at Olivetti, Salato worked at General Motors as a Program & Engineering Manager, leading the implementation of electric steering programs for Fiat Auto and achieving the first worldwide application of E-Steer technology in production. Giuliano then joined Delphi, where they served as the Business Unit Europe Director for Steering Systems and later as the Global Sales Director at UFI Filters. In 2014, Salato became the CEO of Elementi srl, where they repositioned the company as an energy-efficiency leader. Their most recent role is as the Executive Director of Sales & Marketing at OFFICINE VICA S.p.A.
Giuliano Salato's education history includes a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Torino, which they pursued from 1981 to 1986. Giuliano then attended ISTUD Business School for an Executive Programme from 2003 to 2004. In 2008, Giuliano Salato attended the London Business School for a Finance for Executives program.
