In 2011, they attended Villanova University for Professional Development in Six Sigma Green Belt & Lean Six Sigma, specializing in Process Improvement Methodology. In 2013, they furthered their education in Manufacturing Process Improvement by completing a Six Sigma Black Belt program offered by Professional Development - American Woodmark: SSBB Wave 5.
