Karen del Rosario

Karen del Rosario is an experienced professional in operations and project management, currently serving as Operations Manager at Drill Mechanics Inc. since January 2019 and as Sr. Project Manager - Consultant at Offshorly since August 2019. Previously, Karen contributed to CIMB's pioneering digital bank launch in the Philippines in 2018 and held various roles at Offshorly and Globe Telecom, managing significant projects such as the nationwide rollout of public Wi-Fi services. Early career experience includes project management at Thales Solutions Asia, leading cross-border teams for integration and testing, and an analyst position at Chubb Group of Insurance Companies. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a major in Information Technology from De La Salle University.
