Chief Facilities Engineer at OFFSITE

Joey Kresal has worked in the field of construction since 2005, when they began their apprenticeship as a carpenter with Union Carpenter - Local 161. Joey became a journeyman carpenter and worked on both commercial and residential job sites, specializing in trim carpentry. In 2010, Joey began working as Chief Facilities Engineer for OFFSITE, LLC, where they were responsible for structural, electrical, mechanical, and physical security systems, as well as managing all facility personnel and 3rd Party facility vendors in accordance with company policy and procedures. Joey was also responsible for ensuring 99.999% uptime for the facility clients in accordance with client Service Level Agreements.

Joey Kresal has attended four schools throughout their education history. Joey attended S.E.W.C.T.C. from 2006 to 2010, where they received a Union Carpenter degree in Carpentry/Carpenter. Joey then attended Gateway Technical College from 2011 to 2012, where they studied Business Management. Kresal returned to Gateway Technical College in 2019, where they took Fundamentals of Supervision 1, 2, & 3. Most recently, they have been attending Trane University since 2017, studying Tracer SC Operation.
