Marcia Turnoy, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has over 24 years of experience in Human Resources. In 2020, they began their role as Chief Human Resources Officer & Administration at OFFSITE, LLC, where they are responsible for delivering a high quality experience for cloud computing and data center solutions. Prior to this, they served as Corporate Director of Human Resources at Mobile Therapy Centers of America from 2019 to 2020. From 2010 to 2019, they worked as VP - Human Resources Business Partner at Incapital, LLC, where they identified, implemented, and promoted viable processes and policies to attract and retain human capital. From 1996 to 2010, they were Business/HR Manager at First Switzerland Financial, where they demonstrated their problem solving skills as the company grew and thrived.

Marcia Turnoy holds a B.A. in Industrial Psychology and Business from SIU. Marcia obtained their SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in May 2011. In January 2015, they earned their SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM. In March 2019, they earned their SHRM People Analytics Speciality certification from SHRM. Finally, in March 2022, they obtained their Data Visualization certification from BankersWeb.
