Hannah Cussen

Hannah Cussen is a software engineer currently employed at Offstream since July 2025. Prior to this role, Cussen served as the founding software engineer at Bedlam Health Inc., where development of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) using Next took place. Experience includes software engineering roles at Piech Lab, where Cussen contributed to Stanford's Code in Place educational platform using React.js and Firebase, and at Element Biosciences, where automated testing for AvitiOS software was expanded. Additional experience encompasses a teaching assistant position for CS 161 at Stanford University, improving oral communications as a tutor at the Hume Center, and editing scientific papers for EditorBar. Cussen also interned at NASA, enhancing a test tool for spacecraft launch control, and instructed computer science at Juni Learning. Education includes a degree in Computer Science with a focus on Biocomputation from Stanford University.
