Emma Hong Guo

Emma Hong Guo has worked for a number of companies since 2011. Emma Hong began their career at Cisco as a Software Engineer in 2011. In 2013, they moved to MuleSoft Inc. where they also worked as a Software Engineer. From 2015 to 2019, they worked at Lyft in various roles including Senior Engineering Manager, Engineering Manager, Tech Lead/Manager, and Software Engineer. In 2019, they co-founded and became the CEO of Offsyte, a one-stop-shop for discovering and booking great team events.

Emma Hong Guo has a Master of Science degree in Information Technology from Carnegie Mellon University, a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from Fudan University, and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Birmingham.
