Naceri Lu

Naceri Lu is an experienced animation professional with a proven track record in leadership and team management within the game development industry. Currently serving as Animation Director at Offworld Industries since March 2020, Naceri leads projects and mentors team members while ensuring high-quality animation through innovative design and technical execution. Prior roles include Associate Animation Director at Virtuos, where Naceri established and managed a new animation team, and Animation Art Lead at HTC, focusing on VR game development. Naceri's extensive background includes positions at Zombot Studio, XPEC Entertainment Inc., and CGCG Inc., contributing to high-quality AAA title games and animated series. Naceri holds a Master's degree in Intermedia/Multimedia from National Chiayi University.
