Leah van Dijk

Leah van Dijk is an experienced legal professional specializing in environmental law and administrative law, currently serving as a Jurist VTH at OFGV since April 2023. In addition to this role, Leah provides freelance legal advice on environmental law through Vandijkjuridischadvies. Leah previously held positions at FUMO as a Jurist focused on supervision and enforcement in environmental law and at Juspecia, where legal articles were written to simplify legal concepts for the public. Earlier experience includes serving as a Legal Policy Officer for spatial planning at the municipality of Smallingerland, owning VanDijkRechtsbijstand, and working as a clerk at the Arnhem-Leeuwarden Court. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Dutch Law with a focus on Private Law from the University of Groningen, a Bachelor of Laws, and a Bachelor in Law emphasizing Cyber Safety and International Law.
