Amit Khirbat

Amit Khirbat is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the food ingredients sector, currently serving as President and Global Head of Nut Ingredients at Olam Food Ingredients since January 2021. Prior to this role, Amit held various leadership positions at Olam International Limited from June 1998 to December 2020, including President and Global Head as well as Senior Vice President of the Cashew Business. Earlier in the career, Amit served as Marketing Manager at ICI India Limited from 1992 to 1998. Academic credentials include an MBA in Marketing from the Faculty of Management Studies at the University of Delhi and a BE in Electronics & Communications from BIT Mesra.
