CA Shishir Mishra has a diverse work experience in the field of chartered accountancy. CA. Shishir started their career at Thakur, Vaidyanath Aiyar and Company in New Delhi as a Senior Audit Manager, where they conducted various types of audits and provided chartered accountancy services. In 2007, they joined Olam International Limited in Singapore as the AGM of Internal Audit, where they played a crucial role in managing the company's global supply chain and processing operations. In 2013, they founded their own firm, MISHRA JHA & ASSOCIATES, where they served as the Founder/Owner & Managing Partner, offering a wide range of audit, tax consulting, and financial advisory services in India. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Internal Audit at OFI.

CA. Shishir Mishra completed their Chartered Accountants Course at ICAI, New Delhi in 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from Motilal Nehru College, University of Delhi, South Campus in 2000, and completed their Higher Secondary education specializing in Commerce from Kendriya Vidyalaya, Tagore Garden, New Delhi, India in 1997. CA. Shishir also received their Matriculation degree in Secondary Education from Kendriya Vidyalaya, Vikas Puri, Delhi, India in 1995.
