Diogo de Carvalho Silva

Diogo De Carvalho Silva has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Diogo is currently serving as the Head of Legal - Brasil at OFI since August 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Legal and Institutional Relations for the Southern American Continent at Groupe SEB from September 2015 to August 2021. Additionally, they were also the Diretor Executivo ABREE at ABREE during the same period. Before that, they worked as the Gerente Jurídico América Latina at BASF from May 2014 to July 2015. Diogo also gained experience as the Gerente Jurídico at Raízen - Shell JV from 2010 to April 2014. Diogo started their career as an Advogado at Bunge in 2008, and prior to that, they served as a Volunteer at FAO in the commodities and organic fruits division. Diogo began their legal career as an Advogado at Siqueira Castro Advogados, specializing in Corporate, Societary, New Businesses, and Contractual law from November 2004 to 2006.

Diogo De Carvalho Silva has a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, which they obtained from 2001 to 2004. Diogo also has a Master's degree in Commercio internazionale - direito e economia from Università degli studi Roma TRE, which they completed from 2006 to 2008. In addition, they have pursued further education, including a certificate in Maritime studies from Lloyd's - Maritime Academy from 2012 to 2013, a Master of Laws (LLM) in Business law from De Montfort University from 2015 to 2018, and an extension course in Gestão de Pessoas com ênfase em Liderança Organizacional from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2017. Currently, Diogo De Carvalho Silva is attending Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where they are working towards a degree in Leveraging Different Perspectives in Business, expected to be completed in 2023.
