Eliza Morais possesses extensive experience in procurement and strategic sourcing across multiple industries. Currently serving as Procurement Category Manager for Packaging & Raw Materials EMEA and Services for Europe at ofi since May 2022, Eliza previously held roles at Johnson & Johnson, managing substantial budgets for external manufacturing in LATAM and leading strategic sourcing initiatives. Prior experience includes specialist sourcing roles at GE Renewable Energy and logistics positions at Monsanto Company, where Eliza developed key operational and procurement strategies. Eliza holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship from Universidade Federal de Itajubá and a Postgraduate Degree in Industrial Engineering with specialization in Project Management from UERJ.
