Janaky Grant

Janaky Grant currently serves as the Global Human Resources Business Partner for Business Platforms at ofi, overseeing areas including Cocoa, Coffee, Dairy, Nuts, Spices, and Food & Beverage Solutions since April 2021. Previously, Janaky held multiple senior leadership roles at Olam International, including Chief Learning Officer and Chief IDE Officer, where responsibilities included engaging with C-suite leaders, driving cultural transformations, and developing a digitally empowered learning culture. Janaky has also founded Grant Connexions, providing strategic HR consulting services, and worked with Motorola in various capacities, including Research Consultant and Human Resources Business Partner. With a strong educational background including a Doctorate in Organisation Change & Development from Macquarie Business School and an MBA in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur, Janaky has extensive experience in strategic HR, talent development, and organizational change.
