Kimberly Norton

Kimberly Norton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in total rewards and compensation management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Total Rewards at ofi since November 2021, Kimberly previously held roles at Raytheon Technologies as Senior Manager of Total Rewards and at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as Total Rewards Compensation and Benefits Manager, where leadership involved the delivery of global compensation programs and successful implementation across diverse business sectors.
