Laetitia Fredericks

Laetitia Fredericks currently serves as the Regional Head of Learning & Development and IDE Lead for EMENA at ofi, having started in September 2023. Prior to this role, Laetitia was with Mambu from October 2021 to September 2023, where responsibilities included Internal Communications Manager and Commercial Enablement Content Lead. Earlier experience includes positions at Prosus Group and Naspers Limited as a Senior Learning and Development Specialist, along with roles in learning project management and administration at Irdeto and MyAcademy. Laetitia's extensive experience in learning and development is supported by a strong foundation in commercial/business administration, having earned a National Diploma from Cape Peninsula University of Technology.
