Mark Collins is an experienced regulatory compliance leader with a background as a licensed attorney in Illinois and a SHRM-SCP certification. Currently serving as the Regulatory Compliance Manager at ofi since 2024, Mark is involved in managing food compliance activities and developing certification documents. Previously, Mark held various senior-level positions, including Manager of Employee Relations at McCain Foods and Manager of Regulatory Affairs/Product Labeling, where they contributed significantly to compliance initiatives and crisis management plans. Educated at Northern Illinois University, Mark earned both a Bachelor of Science in Political Science/Public Law and a Doctor of Law, and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Teaching at National Louis University.
