Najimdeen Yoonus

Najimdeen Yoonus is a Graduate Trainee at ofi as of November 2023, previously serving as a Customer Service Intern at the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria from November 2021 to November 2022. In this role, Najimdeen motivated 150 airport maintenance staff, leading to a 25% increase in customer satisfaction and improving the airport's ranking to 4th in the country. Additionally, Najimdeen worked as an Environmental Management Intern, advising senior management on project management and supervising laborers on grass management projects. Earlier experience includes serving as a Technical Translator at Learnhall, where Najimdeen translated complex data science material into Yoruba and supported a large remote team. Najimdeen holds a degree in Linguistics from Federal University Oye-Ekiti, completed in February 2021.
