Naveen Chhabra

Naveen Chhabra has over 20 years of experience in various HR roles. Naveen is currently working as the Global Head of HR for the Africa, APAC, EMENA, and LATAM regions at OFI. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Vice President & Regional CHRO for the APAC region at OFI. Before joining OFI, Naveen worked at Olam International as the Vice President and Regional HR Head for South-East Asia & China, where they focused on building an engaged and inspired workforce and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Naveen also worked at Olam as the General Manager and Regional HR Head for South-East Asia and as the Associate General Manager and Head HR for the Global Captive IT & ITES setup. Naveen started their career as a Software Engineer at Patni Computer Services and later worked in HR roles at Accenture and Fidelity Investments.

Naveen Chhabra completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from XLRI Jamshedpur, India, from 2002 to 2004. Naveen obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Malviya National Institute of Technology, Jaipur, from 1996 to 2000. Additionally, they attended St. Paul's, but no specific dates or degrees are mentioned.
