About the role:

As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will provide high-level administrative support, managing a diverse range of responsibilities. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.You will act as a key point of contact, ensuring efficient communication between the CEO and other stakeholders. You will be proactive, highly organised and ensure that all matters are managed seamlessly.

What you’ll do:

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently.
• Handle correspondence and communications, ensuring timely responses.
• Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when needed.
• Plan and coordinate all travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodations.
• Assist in project management by coordinating timelines and resources.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant to senior executives.
• Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
