Rimonda Ohlsson is a strategic and adaptable People & Culture Leader with extensive experience in building and delivering initiatives for high-growth startups. Since 2025, Rimonda has served as the Head of People & Culture at Ofload, while also coaching the Startmate Spring 2024 cohort for the Women Fellowship. Previously, Rimonda held leadership roles at InDebted, Secure Code Warrior, uno Home Loans, and General Electric Australia & NZ, managing teams and developing global people strategies. Rimonda holds a B.A. in Psychology and Economics from the University of Sydney and completed the Board Ready Program at the Future Directors Institute.
