Melika Lesani

Melika Lesani is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Okala and Wira System Pouya since October 2022 and November 2023, respectively, Melika has previously held similar positions at TapsiFood and Dayan Startup Studio, focusing on recruitment and performance management processes. Earlier roles include Human Resources Manager at Yektanet, where responsibilities included the development and implementation of HR strategies, and a variety of positions at Alibaba Travels Co., Hamrah Mechanic, Abtadbir Co., and Fanap Plus, encompassing HR analytics, budgeting, and financial administration. Melika holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from the University of Tehran and dual Master's degrees in Mathematics Statistics and a Bachelor's degree in Statistics from Allameh Tabataba'i University.
