Felicity Beverley

Felicity Beverley currently serves as the Director of Engagement at Ofwat since April 2024. Prior to this role, Felicity spent over a decade at Ofgem, where key positions included Head of Stakeholder Engagement, Head of COP26 Communications, Senior Strategic Engagement and Events Manager, and Senior Communications & Media Manager. Earlier experience includes being a Partner Account Manager at Serco and holding multiple managerial roles at Thames Water, including Regulation Manager, Operations Manager, and Sales Manager. Felicity’s career began at Transport for London as a Consultation and Communications Manager. Educational background includes a BSc (Hons) in Microbiology from The University of Manchester, a Masters in Strategic Communications Leadership from The University of Huddersfield, and a Diploma in PR from CIPR.
