Polly Stefanova

Polly Stefanova has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2014, they started as an Assistant Manager at The Cotswold Plough Hotel & Restaurant before moving on to become a Deputy General Manager at Talland Bay Hotel. In 2016, they worked as a Restaurant Manager at Harbour Hotels Group. In 2018, Polly joined Home Instead Senior Care as a Recruitment and Retention Coordinator. Polly then transitioned into the field of Human Resources, working as a Human Resources Assistant at both Zzoomm and Mitie in 2021. Currently, Polly is employed at Ofwat, where they have held multiple roles including Recruitment and Onboarding Advisor, Talent Partner, and currently as a Lead Talent Partner.
