Laura Moxcey

Laura Moxcey has extensive experience in project controls and planning/scheduling roles. Laura started their career at Jacobs Engineering as a Planner/Scheduler and worked on various projects for National Semiconductor, Genetics Institute, Koch Refining, CITGO refinery, and GE plastics. After that, they worked at Aker Kvaerner as a Planner/Scheduler, where they facilitated planning sessions, developed and analyzed multiple schedules, and generated progress reports. Laura then joined Calpine as a Senior Planner/Scheduler and Analyst, where they assisted in the development and updating of schedules, ensured contractor compliance, and analyzed project trends and changes. Laura also worked at Shell as a Senior Project Controls professional and at ConocoPhillips as a Senior Project Controls Analyst, where they were responsible for reviewing progress and ensuring cost and schedule certainty. Laura then held roles at Anadarko Petroleum as a Senior Integration Planner and at BHP Billiton as a Senior Planner/Scheduler. Most recently, Laura worked at Crestwood Midstream Partners LP as a Senior Lead Planner/Scheduler, where they developed detailed schedules, analyzed contractor schedules, and maintained project controls and reporting requirements. Laura is currently working at OGCS Global as a Senior Project Controls Analyst.

Laura Moxcey completed their undergraduate education from 1987 to 1990 at Texas A&M University, where they pursued a degree in Building Construction with a focus on Construction Management.
