Saadia Bhatty

Saadia Bhatty is a distinguished legal professional with extensive experience in international arbitration, currently serving as a Partner and Counsel in the International Arbitration Group at Gide Loyrette Nouel since October 2017. Bhatty represents private entities, states, and state-actors in complex arbitration disputes, particularly in Africa, the Middle East, and Asia, before major arbitral institutions like ICC and ICSID. In addition to practicing law, Bhatty is a Lecturer in International Business Law at Sciences Po and serves as a moderator for the OGEMID Forum.
