Carolyn Ferguson ACA MA(Cantab) has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Carolyn is currently the Head of Reward & EVP at Ogier, where they develop and implements strategies to attract and retain talent globally. Prior to this, they worked as the Human Resources Manager Compensation Benefits at JTC Group. Carolyn also served as the Director of Finance and Administration at Montrose International, where they managed financial and administrative activities for an international development portfolio. Earlier in their career, they gained experience at PwC as a Senior Assurance Associate and at Christie's in various administrative roles.
Carolyn Ferguson ACA MA(Cantab) completed their education at the University of Cambridge, where they obtained an MA degree in Archaeology & Anthropology from 2000 to 2003. Carolyn then furthered their studies at Christie's Education in London, earning a Diploma in Early European Art from 2003 to 2004, followed by a Diploma in Fine & Decorative Arts from 2004 to 2005.
